Terms of Service

Prospectr is a prospecting tool for individual sales professionals. It researches public information about companies and turns it into account reports, call agendas, and personalized outreach drafts. By creating an account or using Prospectr, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Give accurate information when you set up your rep profile — the quality of every report depends on it. Accounts are for individual use; don't share your login with others.

The Free plan includes 10 researched reports over the lifetime of your account. Essentials is $14.99/month for 50 researched reports, and Pro is $24.99/month for 100. Paid plans are billed monthly through Base44 Payments, and monthly report allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused reports don't roll over.

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. If you cancel, you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then return to the Free plan.

Reports are generated from publicly available information using AI. We work hard to keep them honest: when something can't be verified, we say so instead of guessing. Even so, public information can be outdated or wrong, and AI can make mistakes.

Reports are research aids, not professional advice. Verify anything that matters — a contact's title, a company's situation, a contract cycle — before you rely on it in a real conversation. You are responsible for how you use the information.

Outreach drafts are starting points, not a license to spam. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and do-not-contact rules, and for respecting each company's and contact's preferences.

Don't use Prospectr to break the law, to harass anyone, to build spam lists, or to resell or scrape its data. Don't try to work around the plan limits or interfere with the service.

Your rep profile, notes, and edits to outreach drafts remain yours. Everything you enter (companies, notes, contact details you add yourself) is stored in your account for your use.

Prospectr — the app, its design, and the way reports are generated — belongs to us. These terms don't give you rights to our software beyond using the service as intended.

You can stop using Prospectr and ask us to delete your account at any time through the Contact page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or that create risk or cost for other users.

Prospectr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost sales or opportunities — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use Prospectr after a change means you accept the updated terms.
